Thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material

TPO waterproof coiled material, namely thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material, is a new type of waterproof coiled material made of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) synthetic resin that combines ethylene-propylene rubber and polypropylene using mature polymerization technology as the base material, adding antioxidants, antioxidants and softeners. It can be made of reinforced waterproof coiled material using polyester fiber mesh cloth as the internal reinforcement material. It is a waterproof product of synthetic polymer waterproof coiled material.

Product characteristics:

PO waterproof coiled material combines the performance advantages of EPDM and PVC, with the weatherability of the former, low temperature flexibility and weldability of the latter. This material is different from traditional plastics. It shows high elasticity of rubber at normal temperature and can be shaped like plastic at high temperature. Therefore, this material has good machinability and mechanical properties, as well as high-strength weldability. Adding a layer of polyester fiber fabric between the two layers of TPO material can enhance its physical properties, improve its breaking strength, fatigue resistance and puncture resistance. In practical application, this product has the comprehensive characteristics of anti-aging, high tensile strength, large elongation, wet roof construction, exposed without protective layer, convenient construction, no pollution, and is very suitable for use as the waterproof layer of light energy-saving roof.

Main use:

This product is applicable to the exposed or non-exposed roof waterproof layer of buildings and the underground waterproof layer of buildings that are easy to deform. It is especially suitable for light steel structure roof. With reasonable hierarchical design and qualified construction quality, it can not only reduce the weight of the roof, but also have excellent energy-saving effect, and can also achieve waterproof and anti-condensation. It is the preferred waterproof material for large industrial plants, public buildings and other roofs. It can also be used in drinking water reservoirs, toilets, basements, tunnels, grain depots, subways, reservoirs and other waterproof and damp-proof projects.

According to product composition, it is divided into homogeneous coiled material (code H), coiled material with fiber backing (code L), and reinforced coiled material in fabric (code P).
1. Homogeneous thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material: thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material without internal reinforcement or backing material.
2. Thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material with fiber backing: thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material compounded on the lower surface of the coiled material with fabrics such as polyester non-woven fabric.
3. Thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material reinforced in the fabric: Thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material reinforced in the middle of the coiled material with polyester or glass fiber mesh cloth.
