The middle-buried rubber water-stop belt is a kind of water-stop belt which is mainly used in concrete deformation joints, expansion joints and other concrete internal settings. This product utilizes the high elasticity and compressive deformation of rubber to produce elastic deformation under various loads, so as to tighten and seal effectively prevent leakage and seepage of building components, and play a role of shock absorption and cushioning to ensure the service life of Engineering buildings.
Classification of buried rubber water stop zones:
From the structural form, it can be divided into two types: CB type water stop belt and CP type water stop belt.
CB type water stop is a kind of middle buried water stop with holes in the middle. It can be divided into CB type rubber water stop and CB type plastic water stop. It is mainly suitable for expansion joints, settlement joints and anti-seismic joints of various concrete structures. It has excellent ability to anchor closely with concrete, seal water and adapt to deformation joints.
CP type water stop is a kind of middle buried water stop without holes, which can be divided into CP type rubber water stop and CP type plastic water stop.
Product Uses
It is mainly suitable for construction joints, complete shrinkage joints, incomplete shrinkage joints and expansion joints of concrete structures with small deformation. It has the characteristics of tight anchorage with concrete, water seal and elastic tensile deformation.
There are two ways to connect the buried rubber water stop.
One is to use adhesive to make cold joints, the other is to use hot vulcanizing mold for hot connection.
Adhesive cold bonding is the use of rubber sealing tape special cold bonding glue, the use of overlap method of water sealing tape needs to be jointed to the cross-section with a polishing machine to grind 5-10 cm, glue can be compacted, with high strength, fast solidification advantages, convenient construction, time-saving and labor-saving, can meet the general engineering quality requirements.
Field hot-joint vulcanization method is to use the hot-vulcanization mold matching with water stop and the hot-joint vulcanization of raw film. It is difficult to construct, but the joint effect is ideal, which is suitable for the project with strict quality requirements.
