HDPE geomembrane is a kind of plastic coil, which is made of HDPE. HDPE is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polarity. The surface of the original HDPE is milky white with a translucent appearance in the thin section. The HDPE membrane has excellent impact resistance, so it can be at normal atmospheric temperature and even at -40F low temperature. HDPE geomembrane is a non-toxic, tasteless, odorless white polymer particles, melting point is about 110 130 C, relative density is 0.918 0.965; It has good heat resistance and cold resistance. It has good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength, good resistance to environmental stress cracking and tear resistance. With the increase of density, mechanical properties and barrier properties will be correspondingly improved, heat resistance and tensile strength are also higher; it can resist acid, alkali, organic solvents and other corrosion.
Geomembrane has the characteristics of high strength, good elongation, large deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good impermeability and so on.
Geomembrane can be used in seepage prevention, isolation, reinforcement, crack prevention and reinforcement in water conservancy, municipal, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel, engineering construction. It can be used in unconventional temperature environment because of its high polymer material and anti-aging agent added in the production process. It is often used for seepage prevention and treatment of dams, drainage ditches and antifouling treatment of waste dump.
