Two-way Geogrid Manufacturer Analyses Filling Treatment Technology of General Subgrade Section
Author:
Steel-plastic geogrids are made of polyethylene and are usually black in color. The steel-plastic geogrid manufacturer tells us that its characteristics are: high strength, light mesh, heat insulation and ventilation, light transmission and fire prevention, dust prevention and noise reduction. Geogrid products can be used in various construction sites, especially in high-rise buildings, and can be completely closed construction. It can effectively prevent falling injury of people and objects, prevent fire caused by welding sparks, reduce noise and dust pollution, achieve civilized construction, protect the environment and beautify the city.
Steel-plastic geogrids are made of high-strength steel wires (or other fibers) and welded joints by special strengthening bonding fusion welding technology after special treatment. Subgrade laying has become a key link in engineering construction. In general, subgrade filling treatment:
The roadbed must be filled in layers and rolled in layers. The maximum compaction thickness of each layer should not exceed 20 cm (when the compaction machine can guarantee the compaction degree and pass the field test and inspection, the compaction thickness can be increased appropriately). The last compaction thickness of the top layer of the roadbed should be 20 cm (when the special circumstances do not meet the design requirements, the minimum compaction thickness should not be less than l0 cm).
(2) Water content should be controlled within the optimum compaction water content (+2%).

(3) The width of roadbed filling should be 30 cm wider than the design width of filling layer on each side, and the compaction width should be no less than the design width, and the final pin slope.
4. Subgrade surface should have 2%-4% outward cross slope to prevent water accumulation. In order to avoid the roadbed slope being washed away by rainwater, temporary drainage twist and drainage facilities are required to be installed two meters outside the foot of the roadbed downhill in the course of roadbed filling.
Concentrated soil collection is prohibited in l0m range on both sides of the land requisition boundary line.
(5) Subgrade filling should be uniform and compact, and the top cross slope of the roadbed should be the same as the arch cross slope.
_The minimum filling height of roadbed design should be greater than the critical height of roadbed in wet or moderate wet state.
